My name is Nina I am a registered behavior technician with a background in habilitation and home care for special needs individuals. I have eight years of experience in this field and am dedicated to helping individuals reaching their full potential. I am currently in route for my bachelors degree and a masters degree in the special education field. I am known for a nurturing and patient approach specializing in autism spectrum and letting individual personalities shine. My goal is to create a space where families feel confident, supported, and heard. When not in clinic I enjoy taking my dogs on adventures, playing with my children and supporting local businesses.

My name is Maddie, I'm a 23 year old college student who is working on my BA in Psychology! Why I got into ABA? - I got into ABA after hearing about it from a friend. After doing some research on what an RBT was, I knew it was a perfect job for me. I instantly applied, and have loved it ever since! Being an RBT is such a rewarding job to see kids grow and learn new behaviors to become more successful in their personal lives.

Kaylah has been an RBT for nearly five years in both DOE and clinical settings. In addition to working with kids, she loves crocheting and landscape photography around our beautiful island home. In the future, she aspires to complete a masters in communication to become a speech therapist in order to continue helping special needs kids learn and grow in different ways.

Rachel is an RBT who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and become more independent. Rachel loves helping children build skills, confidence, and independence through individualized and engaging learning experiences. She enjoys everything from developing creative programs and analyzing data to working directly with clients and their families. As an autistic practitioner, she brings a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for meeting each child where they are. When she is not at the clinic, Rachel can often be found spending time with her goats and dogs, exploring Hawaiʻi Island, reading, or creating new teaching materials. She is currently working toward becoming a BCBA and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the children she serves.
